About Tim Washington

Consultant

Tim is a highly skilled operational excellence consultant with over 30 years of experience. Tim is an engineer by training having started his career in the manufacturing sector. Since becoming a management consultant, he has worked in a broad range of sectors, including manufacturing, financial services, nuclear, higher education and central and local government.

Tim’s consulting work is typically directing, managing and working on major transformation projects covering operations strategy development and implementation, Lean design, training and implementation, and business process engineering. He has carried out many successful assignments in both the public and private sectors in both the UK and abroad in countries such as Brazil, Italy, Germany, Holland, Belgium and the USA.

Outside of work, Tim’s interests include long-distance running and cycling, restoring an old Land Rover, classical and brass band music and exploring the country in a motorhome.

As a qualified cognitive behavioural coach with the Centre for Coaching (London) and with specialist training in stress management, performance coaching, and health and wellbeing coaching, Erwin is passionate about helping his clients realise their potential through cultivating productive mindsets and effectively balancing increased productivity while retaining a focus on personal wellbeing.
